FORESIGHT understands this fact very well. The corporate sector wants you to be talented, quick to learn and a good team worker and the one to have the ability to face challenges. Keeping the above two facts in mind, we have designed and developed our programs in a manner that develops problem solving skills and prepares the student’s mind to face the challenges of the global competition and the industry, i.e. to lead a successful career.
To achieve this, at FORESIGHT, we follow the 70/20/10 formula Learning & Development formula. We believe this is the most effective way to learn and develop a new skill or behavior. The 70/20/10 Learning & Development formula:
- 70% of learning and development is achieved by working on projects, learning with a team and problem solving.
- 20% of learning and development is achieved is by way of feedback and from observing and working with Industry role model.
- 10% of the learning and development comes from books.
Based on this learning and development methodology, FORESIGHT ’s curriculum has been developed by a team of highly experienced academics. Each subject has been specifically designed to produce an interactive learning experience. FORESIGHT's pedagogy includes case study based learning, Project analysis, Business Simulations, Assignments, Business Quizzes, Management Games, Presentations, and Personality Development Programmes.
