emerging leaders program

The Emerging Leaders Program at FORESIGHT is designed to provide internship/ cooperative education students at FORESIGHT opportunities to develop and hone leadership skills. Participants in the program will learn leadership practice and theory during symposia with experienced leaders and tutorials.

The benefits of the Emerging Leaders Program to students are many:

• Develop leadership skills
• Study leadership theory
• Interact with leaders from business and civic organizations
• Discuss leadership with fellow students
• Gain recognition as an emerging leader

To qualify for the Emerging Leaders Program, students must be in second year or higher and have completed or currently completing one semester of formal experiential education.
