Adhering to the 70/20/10 Learning and Development formula, FORESIGHT insists every student got thru a summer / winter internship – on the job training. FORESIGHT internships provide opportunities for students to gain experience in their field, determine if they have an interest in a particular career and create a network of contacts. Further, it also increases the prospect of interns returning to the company after completing their education and requiring little or no training making it a WIN-WIN situation for both the student and the company.Internship positions are available from businesses, government departments, non-profit groups and organizations.
During your internship you will be responsible to submit two reports. Approximately half way through the assignment, you are to submit a mid-term assessment report and at the end of your assignment you are to submit a final paper describing your employer’s business and your role as an intern. In addition, we expect you to present your final paper in classroom.
